"First Time Homebuyer - Great Experience!! I started my search at the end of last year with another realtor who made me do most of the research and was very hard to meet up with for showings. I was eager to buy my first home before Christmas and at the rate I was going, it wouldn’t happen. I hopped on Kudzu and found Sherry’s contact info at the top – right where it should be!! I sent an email request and within a day had a response with questions about what I was looking for and access to a portal of properties that fit my description. Sherry took me out that next Saturday to look at homes. I found ‘the one’ about halfway through our day, but decided to keep looking just to make sure. "Great experience Sherry has helped us look for a house for at least two years - at first we had no idea what we were looking for and then decided what we really wanted was a second home in AZ. She was patient through all our buyer mutations - from wanting a larger permanent home to wanting a smaller second home. My wife and I recently purchased a winter home in Johnson Ranch with Sherry’s assistance.  She had been referred to me by a friend who had also bought in Johnson Ranch several years ago.  Our experience with Sherry was excellent.  Over a 10 month period leading up to our purchase, she provided us with Internet access to all Johnson Ranch listings and was always prompt to reply to the many questions we had about the Arizona market, the nuances of Arizona property law and all of the many small details involved in purchasing a property in what to us was an unfamiliar area [we live in Canada].

Sherry was the perfect realtor for us.
